Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Hurizon Flow, a sales, proposal, communications, scheduling, payment, and operations platform for home-service businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, managing team access, and ensuring your users are authorized to use Hurizon Flow for your business. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Permitted use
You may use Hurizon Flow for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, violate privacy or communications laws, or use the service to send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
Customer-provided content and data
Users may enter leads, customer records, project notes, images, proposals, pricing, messages, schedules, and related business information into Hurizon Flow. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that information and to use it through the service. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and use of your business and customer data.
Subscriptions and billing
Hurizon Flow may offer trials, paid subscriptions, and plan-based feature access. Subscription checkout, invoices, payment methods, and certain billing functions may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Fees, plan access, renewal, cancellation, and billing recovery flows are presented in the product or checkout experience. Hurizon Flow does not ask users to provide full payment card details directly to Hurizon Flow when a payment provider handles card entry.
SMS messaging terms
Users who affirmatively opt in may receive customer-care and service-related SMS messages from Hurizon Flow. Message types may include proposal notifications, appointment and scheduling updates, project or service updates, payment reminders, service reminders, and responses to customer inquiries.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use of Hurizon Flow.
You may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You may reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS messaging is also subject to the Privacy Policy. For help, contact Hurizon Flow support at support@hurizonflow.com.
Third-party services
Hurizon Flow integrates with third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, SMS, payments, AI, analytics, and related operations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Hurizon Flow is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
Intellectual property
Hurizon Flow and its software, design, workflows, templates, and product materials are owned by Hurizon Flow or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Hurizon Flow intellectual property. You retain ownership of your business content, subject to the rights needed for Hurizon Flow to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Hurizon Flow available and useful, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers
Hurizon Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Hurizon Flow does not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing proposals, pricing, messages, compliance obligations, and business decisions before using or sending them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurizon Flow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Hurizon Flow or cancel a subscription according to the available billing controls. Hurizon Flow may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, fails to pay after applicable grace periods, or must be restricted for legal, security, or operational reasons. Customer data is not automatically deleted solely because paid access is restricted.
