Overview

Hurizon Flow provides sales, proposal, scheduling, communications, and operations software for home-service businesses. This policy explains the categories of information Hurizon Flow may process and how that information is used to provide and protect the service.

Information we process

Depending on how the service is used, Hurizon Flow may process:

  • Account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, login information, and team roles.
  • Business and company information, such as company names, logos, brand colors, contact details, team settings, and subscription status.
  • Customer and lead information entered by users into the CRM, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, statuses, and assignment information.
  • Proposal, project, scheduling, recurring-service, and payment-status information needed to create, send, sign, schedule, and manage work.
  • Uploaded images and files, including project photos, AI mockups, and proposal-related assets.
  • Communications information and message metadata, including email/SMS recipients, message status, delivery events, opt-out status, and conversation history.
  • Payment and billing information handled through payment providers. Hurizon Flow does not claim to store full payment card numbers when Stripe or another payment provider handles card processing.
  • Basic technical, usage, security, device, log, and audit information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How we use information

Hurizon Flow uses information for purposes such as:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the service.
  • Authentication, account administration, security, and fraud prevention.
  • Managing leads, projects, proposals, signatures, schedules, recurring services, and team workflows.
  • Sending transactional and customer-care communications requested or configured through the service.
  • Processing platform subscriptions and homeowner proposal payments through payment providers.
  • Customer support, debugging, product operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Meeting legal, regulatory, contractual, and security obligations.

SMS / Mobile messaging privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent collected by Hurizon Flow are not sold. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Hurizon Flow may share information with service providers strictly as necessary to provide messaging and service functionality, such as sending, receiving, securing, and tracking customer-care text messages. Those providers may use the information only as needed to provide the services to Hurizon Flow.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages, and you can reply HELP for help.

Service providers

Hurizon Flow uses service providers to operate the product, including hosting, database, authentication, email, SMS, payment processing, AI/image generation, storage, analytics, security, and customer-support tools. These providers may process information only as needed to support Hurizon Flow and the services requested by users.

Data retention

Hurizon Flow retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, support customer accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Customers may request deletion or export of account data where supported and legally permitted.

Security

Hurizon Flow uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access, protect credentials, and monitor for abuse.

Your choices

Account users can update company, team, lead, and communication settings inside Hurizon Flow where available. SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Email recipients may use available opt-out or reply mechanisms where applicable.

Children

Hurizon Flow is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of Hurizon Flow after a policy update means the updated policy applies going forward.
